Last night was game night. We moved it to Thursday because Eric wanted to watch the election stuff on Tuesday. YAWN. We met up at TGI Friday’s, which was also Eric’s idea. I was so craving the Adult Mac & Cheese that they have, but damn my luck, they don’t serve it anymore because it just wasn’t popular enough. As if!
We had a weird over enthusiastic waiter, who upon greeting us, asked us what he could do to make our experience at TGIF more EXPLOSIVE. Whatever freak, nobody needs to die. We just want to eat dinner.
I really don’t like it when waiters try to be your best friend. A little chit chat is ok, but really… just take the order and go. If the table initiates the chit chat that’s one thing, but it should not be initiated by the waiter.
The movie (27 Dresses) was actually REALLY good. I thoroughly enjoyed it and it was much better than expected. Maybe I have low expectations of movies? James Marsden is super adorable, pretty pretty pretty. Him and Katherine Heigl were great together and the chemistry was pretty good too. That Katherine should quit Grey’s Anatomy and move on to more movies while her career is HOT.
Does anyone remember that that Catherine girl was on Roswell? I really liked that show and she was one of the aliens. I have never heard of her mentioning that show in interviews.
