I wrote this post a while ago, and forgot to publish it. OOOPS!
So I’m watching Notes from the Underbelly and so far one of the couples is trying to decide who to give their baby to if they die. It made me wonder. Who’s going to give ME their kid when they die? I have lots of friends with kids and nobody has offered me one. I may have to make some phone calls tomorrow and start laying my claim to some possible future orphans… since some uncaring parents have yet to make the offers themselves!
This weekend was a total bust. I didn’t really do anything fun and I had to work all weekend. Friday wasn’t really considered “working” but I was babysitting for Heather from after work until about 12:30am. Fridays are usually my date nights, and Paco was supposed to hang out with me at Heather’s but he canceled on me, saying “I don’t do babysitting. I have no patience for children.” Whatever. So I guess I gave up my date night so that Heather could have one. How sweet am I?
Saturday I woke up late because I was exhausted and then I went to clean a condo (more like a duplex). Paco was supposed to do it on Tuesday, but the water wasn’t turned on, then he was going to do it Wednesday, but something came up, so I got stuck doing it on Saturday since he had to work. That pretty much took up my entire day. After I got home and cleaned up, Paco and I went to dinner at El Chile and then home to bed.
Sunday Paco and I were supposed to clean a large house together, but he was sick (I think he has the flu), so I got stuck doing it myself. OMG it took FOREVER! I started at 11 and didn’t finish until 8, with NO BREAKS. I was so sore and exhausted when I got home. My entire body ached and my hands are all scratched up and ugly. I used to have pretty hands, they are small, but they were pretty.
Today was supposed to be my relaxing night, but I had to do invoices, paychecks, paying my quarterly sales tax, and checkbook balancing. Woot woot! Good times! I did get to do a little crocheting and I watched Dance War: Bruno vs Carrie Ann, which was kind of lame.
I really should be taking a shower now, shaving my head, and trimming my beard, but I just can’t stop watching Notes from the Under Belly.

Ok in the first paragraph you want someone to give you their child if they die… in the second we find out Paco has no patience for children…. I don’t think you’ll get any offers that way.
