Yesterday was a busy day. It’s the beginning of the month, which means everyone is paying rent. Like me, everyone waits until the last minute to pay it, so all afternoon I was swamped with entering rent checks. It’s kind of fun though.
Last night was “Game Night” and we (Eric, Myshil, Shannon, and Robert) decided to go see Juno. We met up at Firebowl for dinner and to FINALLY exchange our Christmas presents. I was a little annoyed because that damn Firebowl place was cheap with the chicken in my General Tso’s. I had hunger. I wanted FOOD.
The theater was pretty crowded, which you know I hate. I do not like sitting around strangers, especially ones that make noise, smell, breathe, and pretty much just exist. There were also a lot of elderly people watching Juno, which I thought was strange.
The movie was pretty good. The dialogue was funny and different, “Can’t we just like kick this old school. You know, like I stick the baby in a basket, send it your way, like Moses and the reeds?” The movie was sad as well, and weird, and awkward. It had everything, plus it has Jason Bateman, which is always a plus. Jennifer Garner was totally creepy in it.
Thank GOD today is Friday. I am so ready for the weekend and to just sleep in. I’m so happy to not have a house guest this weekend and to be able to just relax and enjoy myself.

I want to see Juno. That Emily Page girl is a very good actress. Have you seen Hard Candy or maybe it was called Candy… anyways she was dark and very brillant in that movie. I can’t wait to go see it. I like Jason Bateman too! I was so in love with him in the 80’s.
