Last night I worked late again. Paco sent me a text and asked if I wanted to go to the gym with him at 7. Of course I didn’t want to go, but I went so I could spend some extra time with him.
I did an hour and a half of cardio. I was surprised at myself for being able to last that long. I’m not interested in doing weights and building bulk right now. I just want to loose some weight first. I want to loose about 15 pounds.
After we left the gym he said he was hungry… he’s ALWAYS hungry. So we stopped at Taco Cabana to get him some Barbacoa tacos. The woman working the drive through was a total bitch. She was so rude! So today I wrote an letter to the corporate management about her.
“Last night I stopped by your location at
9605 RESEARCH BLVD.
AUSTIN, TX 78759
(512)338-0345
The woman working the drive through was not someone I would ever want working for me. She left us waiting at the ordering menu for more than 5 minutes. When we pulled up to the window to pay, she barely looked at us. I’ll be nice and ONLY say that she was completely unprofessional and extremely rude. Believe me, there are may other words I would like to use to describe this woman.
She handed me my food and tried to walk away without asking if there was anything else I needed. I started to ask her for some Pico de Gallo, Lemon, and some salsa, but she started walking away again before I could say anything but the Pico.
She came back with the pico and again tried to walk away. There was NO line inside the store or outside behind me, so she wasn’t rushing to help other customers.
In fact I heard her snap at the next customer trying to order in the drive through, saying, “I TOLD you I would be with you in a moment.”
I got her attention again and asked for some salsa and she literally snapped back at me, “we don’t have that here.” I asked for some lemons and she shut the window door on me and walked away.
I have never been so appalled and disgusted by someone working in customer service. Someone needs to speak with the management at that location and make sure this woman gets an attitude change or a new job, making something more suited to her demeanor, like scooping dead animals off the road.

When I got home, someone was parked in my spot, my PAID parking spot! Oooh, I was super annoyed. I should have had them towed! The only problem with having them towed is that it’s pretty drastic and I wouldn’t want them to seek vengeance on my SUV afterwards by scratching it with their keys or slashing my tires. People are crazy and I’m not necessarily wanting to push anyone over those limits just yet.
I did however leave a nasty note on her window. This morning I took a picture of her license plate and sent it to my friend at APD. Unfortunately the car is registered to some girl in Dallas. She’s probably visiting her boyfriend and thinks it’s ok to park in other people’s spots because she doesn’t live there and they can’t trace the car back to her. OH no ma’am. I wish I had called to have her car towed last night.
So now I think I’m going to print fliers and put them on all the apartments in my building. I’ll put the pics of her car on them and write “Tell your friend to STOP parking in my spot!” Oh, I need to send a nasty letter to my complex too, about the same thing.
It feels good to get all of that done this morning.

I like your village people banner of your blog
Sorry about the rude service. But letters won’t do you any good, trust me. Most taco joints will simply feel like there’s more thane enough people to give us service. If you didn’t like it, then move on.
We have this awesome Mexican place that’s only open on Sundays (odd huh). It gets PACKED. U usually have to wait like 15 mins or so, which feels like an eternity when you’re hungry. But the food is soo good. I don’t know what they do to their beef but its the shiznit.
