Just when I thought work couldn’t get any worse, it did. Wow. I have been here exactly six years, six months, and two days, and never has it been as busy as it was yesterday. I really didn’t think I was going to make it through the day. I guess being busy is good, it means business is good. By this time yesterday, I had already had over three times as many calls. I’m hoping today is MUCH calmer.

I had to work late to cover for Jesse, so I didn’t get out of here until 6. I went home and just crashed out. I didn’t want to do anything or talk to anyone. I watched Latin Grammy Celebra Nuestra Música on Univision. It wasn’t as exciting as I thought it would be. Paulina Rubio opened the show. I love her, but that woman is CRAZY. Who opens a show like this by coming out singing wearing a man’s shirt, panties, and heels. SERIOUSLY? No pants? She wasn’t even singing a sexy song!

For her next performance, she was wearing purple hot pants that in no way covered her butt. She was signing, but she had the playback going as well, so you couldn’t hear her singing very much. Not like her first song which was all her live. She’s MUCH MUCH better than Thalia is live. Thalia can’t sing live at all, it’s painful to hear.

I also watched Grey’s Anatomy, but it was kind of boring. It actually was really lame for a season premier. I also thought it was funny that they did flashbacks to before the show started, yet everyone’s hair was exactly the same as it is now, as opposed to when the show actually did start… bad continuity. Now that I think about it, nothing actually happened in that premier. No decisions were made, nothing was resolved, and nothing exciting happened… BORING.

After that I cleaned up a bit and went to bed. Today is much better at work, not nearly as busy. Unfortunately Friday’s are always bad because they run virus scans on our computers (you can’t stop them) during the day and it takes HOURS, so your computer drags and is pretty much useless. It is extremely frustrating when you have a lot of things to do.

Something to say?
