I have been too busy to update lately, and thankfully, I haven’t really had anything to update about. Wednesday night I went walking with Xoch on town lake. We hadn’t hung out in a while, so we had lots to catch up on. We went to dinner at Java afterward, then I went home. Thursday, I went to take M.Lo to pick up her new car from the dealer. She neglected to tell me that she bought it at the furthest dealer in town, actually this dealer technically wasn’t even in town. So yeah, we spent a lot of time sitting in rush hour traffic.

I spent some time with Francisco last night. We needed to spend time together since I will be gone for four days. I am super anxious about leaving him for so long. I will miss him terribly. Of course, I’m gets anxiety about leaving my apartment and my life for any amount of time. That’s part of the reason that I don’t like to travel. This is also the first time I will ever be flying alone. I’m not looking forward to that. Thankfully, I only have to fly from Austin to Dallas by myself, then I will hook up with Kristi and fly from there to Vegas.

Last night I did all of my packing. I still haven’t decided yet if I want to take my laptop with me. It would give me something to do while I’m sitting in the airport, or on the flight to Dallas, but it’s also something extra that I would have to carry. I might just take books instead. I’ll just have to check my email from my phone if I don’t bring it, or not check my email at all. I don’t know. I think I’d feel lost without my laptop for so long.

OK, I need to get to work!
