I can’t believe I have let so many days pass without updating. I have been swamped and super stressed out. I don’t have too much to report.
Work has been hell. I have two people out all week and I have to do their jobs for them, in addittion to my already busy job. Ugh, I don’t have the time for this. Plus, being off the Lexapro (cold turkey) has not been working for me. I was fine for a while, but once I got stressed out my body went whack because it doesn’t know how to react without the drugs…. and of all the times to go off the drug, this was not the good one.
So tonight I’m getting back on in half doses and weening myself off. I did all my research and I should be ok in two days and I’ll ween off very slowly.
Monday night I didn’t do much. I hung out with Francisco and watched television, nothing too exciting. Tuesday night I went to dinner with my sister, M.Lo, J.Lo, Javi, and Eric at Manny Hattens, and then to watch The Devil Wears Prada, which was pretty good, but predictable and cheesy. It reminded me of The Princess Diaries in the way that she starts off as the ugly un-cool girl and then becomes the hot knockout. Lame. Meryl Streep was great, of course, and Anne Hathaway actually didn’t annoy me as much as she usually does. Plus I loved seeing all the fun clothes.
Last night I played on my computer and watch So You Think You Can Dance. I’m pretty sure Ashlee and Ryan will be gone tomorrow. It should be Ashlee and Dmitri, but America is shallow and they will keep him on because he’s attractive. I don’t think he’s all that attractive though. I’m betting the top three with be Allison, Donyelle, and either Ivan or Travis. I think the rest of them will start dropping now that they are switching away from partner dancing. I don’t see most of the rest of them doing so well at having to dance on their own.
Tonight I need to rest and try to relax so that I can stop feeling dizzy.
