Wednesday night I did a little bit of shopping after work. I went to REI and to Academy looking for something to wear out Saturday night. I want to do a redneck hunter kind of look. I wasn’t able to find anything to build that look. I was looking for some kind of camouflage t-shirt and a bright orange ball cap with netting in the back. I’m going to go shopping again tonight or tomorrow, if I can’t find anything for that look, I may go with a rockabilly look.

After the shopping, I went to M.Lo’s house for dinner. We were planning on making Chicken and Dumplings. Well, we did make it, but it didn’t turn out quit as expected. I think I need to play around with the recipe some more. I didn’t like that the broth was so thick, and the dumplings were too large and doughy. I have some ideas for making it better. I’m going to try again soon.

Thursday I called in sick to work. I just couldn’t get out of bed. I hadn’t stayed up late the night before, but yet I was still exhausted. I ended up sleeping until 1pm! I got up, got something to eat and spent the rest of the day lounging around watching television. I worked a little bit on my website. I wanted to do a new header for my blog, but it didn’t come out like I wanted. I’m still working on it.

It’s missing something. It’s just kind of bland. I need to work on it some more when I have time. I think it might be the gray background. I’m not a big fan of gray. I’ve already changed it on my website, so if you’re not already seeing it, then go to the theme selector on the side bar and select GoodvsEvil.

I’m excited today is Friday. Actually, I’m always excited about Friday! Tomorrow I have a haircut at 1 and then I’m going to a little party at 2, then later on I’ll be going to Rainbow. That doesn’t leave me much time for shopping, so I may have to do that tonight after we go to the gym. Ugh… I don’t know if I’m going to want to go shopping after the gym.
