I called in sick to work today because my allergies are out of control and I can’t breathe. I think it’s mostly to do with this weekend though, but I’ll get to that in a sec.

Friday night BS picked me up and we went clothes shopping at Lakeline Mall. Big mistake… we should have gone to Barton Creek. I couldn’t find anything I liked at Lakeline. Although lately, I’m not finding anything I like anywhere.

After shopping, we went to dinner at Manuels. I do so love that place. I had a Cucumber Martini and a Jamaica Martini and they were both extra delicious. I need to try to make the Jamaica Martini’s at home. I’m sure I can figure it out. For dinner, I had my usual, Pollo en Mole con Queso. I never get tired of that. I unfortunately lost my debit card somewhere in the restaurant and they can’t seem to find it. I just got that card too!

We went to Rainbow later on for some dancing. It was much emptier this week, but I kind of like it that way. You know I like to have the dance floor all to myself… now if I could only get a spotlight things would be perfect! Harvey was there, so I was excited about that. I love dancing with Harvey because he likes to spin until he’s way past dizzy, just like me. BS got me a little bit, ok maybe a lot, tipsy, so I was all hyper and having a great time.

BS and I were seriously the last people (other than staff) to leave the bar. That had already turned on the lights and we were still up on the dance floor slow dancing. Andy and Norbert were standing at the bar watching us and I got the feeling they were giving us the “get the hell out!” look, so we left.

I had to admit that I must have been more drunk than I had originally thought because at one point I thought I had lost my car keys (I wasn’t driving) and I was like, “Oh well… no big deal!” I really didn’t care in the least about it. I ended up finding them on my hook by the door at my apartment. :)

Saturday I went shopping with my sister. We ran all over town looking at clothes and stuff. I still didn’t find anything that I wanted. Well, that’s not true. I saw a couple of t-shirts that were cute, but just wasn’t in the mood for a t-shirt.

Saturday night I went over to BS’s and we went out to Rainbow again. We went a little early for some Gay Rugby oil wrestling thing they were doing.

I also took two videos: Round 1 and Round 2

The wrestling was extremely boring! BS and I were getting bitter waiting for them to finish so we could start dancing. It was crazy busy in there too. Who knew so many gay men wanted to watch oiled men wrestle? Of course the majority of them cleared out once the wrestling was finished. I did see Andy from bowling out, and some horrible people from bowling that I would like to push down an up escalator. One of them must have forgot that I hate them, because he smacked my ass when I walked by.

It was BS’s turn to get tipsy and my turn to drive. I had fun dancing, but I didn’t have as much energy because I wore myself out the night before. We left Rainbow when they started playing the bootie music. I was exhausted and I didn’t think I could move much more. We stopped at IHOP to get some breakfast and so he could sober up.

Sunday we (BS and I) went to Dustin’s Super Bowl party at his house. The usual peeps were there. I had a great time, and the majority of us never even watched the game. We sat out back talking, drinking, and being stupid. Dustin and I started wrestling again in the yard. It lasted a lot longer this time, but I couldn’t wrestle because I was laughing so hard. I did ok though. I also lost my sunglasses in the process. If you find them Dustin, don’t be trying to steal them. I will hurt you!

These are some cute pics from the night… my favorites actually.

BS, Me, and Dustin

Because BS and Delia both had auditioned for American Idol in San Francisco, we decided to have our own American Idol contest in the back yard. BS sang Must be doin’ something right by Billy Currington and it was awesome. Everyone got up and started dancing in the back yard.

Delia sang Forgive by Rebecca Lynn Howard. Then everyone got on some RENTmusical kick and started doing showtunes. I was ready to rip my ears off. I so HATE RENT!

We played Password later on. I was on a team with BS and Doug. I am happy to report that BS is a loud and belligerent as I am while playing this game. HELLO! I think my team won the game, didn’t we? These are my favorite pics from the night, it’s a little sequence I like to call: “Attack of the Monkey Toes ©”

This would be Dustin about to expose his freakish Monkey Toes ©.
This is him stomping around with his freakish Monkey Toes ©. Notice that his Monkey Toes © are so freakishly large and heavy that it takes extra effort to lift them off the ground.
This is his guests, screaming and turning away at the sight of the freakishly large Monkey Toes ©
Those same guests became terrified, much in the same way people run from Godzilla or King Kong, and they ran as fast as they could to get away from Dustin’s freakishly large Monkey Toes ©. And as a sidenote, those same toes somehow found their way into my ear again, during wrestling. EVIL I tell you, EVIL!

Disclaimer: Dustin actually has cute regular sized toes and feet, but he’s so cute that I have to tease him about something. Monkey Toes © is copyrighted by ME, damnit!
