Christmas is gone
Posted by Tomithey on January 10th, 2006I just finished the rest of Brokeback Mountain while on my 15 minute morning break. It was a good story, and the movie was pretty much exactly like the story, although the movie conveys so much more emotion. It has everything the story does, but it shows so much more that the story does not. The movie gives you more insight into what the wives are going through, and it’s so much easier to see the love between Jack and Ennis when it’s shown, not written. So because of that, I have to say I liked the movie better than the story… and I think I’m just about ready to see the movie again.
