Last night Eric, Tom, and my sister came over so we could all exchange Christmas presents. Eric went a little crazy with the presents. He got me a t-shirt, a coat rack hanging thing, an Eiffel tower tea light lamp, a beautiful vase with a dried arrangement, and a gift card. Isn’t that super duper sweet?
We hung out for a bit, then Eric, Tom, and I went to have dinner and drinks at El Mercado. I just love love love their peach margaritas, they are the perfect amount of sweetness and liquor. I had their delicious Enchilada Queso.
Work hasn’t been very busy today, obviously from the coloring contests… of which I am totally winning. Dale got kind of bitter because she was losing so much. The office people unanimously voted for me. That’s SIX to ZERO at the office! We had to stop competing because it was getting violent. We started getting too competitive, and I kept worrying I was going to get busted by my boss. He walked up to the printer in front of my desk just as I was yelling to Dale, “Can I borrow your orange marker.” When I noticed him, I quickly rephrased to, “I mean highlighter.”
I am so ready to get out of work and start my party weekend!
