Monday night I did nothing but watch TV. My life is lame, yes I admit that. I get like this when it’s cold outside. I never want to leave my apartment. I wish all summer for the cold to arrive so I can wear sweaters and be chilly, then when it comes I curse it and I lock myself up in my apartment. Don’t we all do that? Although I don’t ever wish for the heat. It’s easy to forget how cold the winters are, but I never forget melting each summer. I guess that’s a good indication that Hell is going to suck.
Tuesday night we went to dinner at Chili’s then went to the bowling thing. We bowled against the FAT BASTARDS that we hate. Well, to be honest we only hate two people on that team, Mel and Brian. They are rude and disgusting. They act like they own the bowling league and everyone on it. Brian is the one that threatened to make a motion to have my team kicked off the league and Mel is his boyfriend (and also the one that tried to snap off at Michelle during the league meeting).
Brian is the league SECRETARY, not even an important position, but he acts like he’s the league GOD. Mel doesn’t have a position on the league, but since his BF is league GOD he acts like he owns the league too. Plus, the grossest thing is that they are always kissing and touching each other. It’s disgusting.
Anyways, the best part about last night was that we beat them in two games and won the match. That made them all pissy and Brian snapped at me. I just ignored him because it must be miserable being him. They take FOREVER to bowl! We were the last team to finish bowling. Each of them goes up to bowl and has to pause for like 10 minutes and aim. Mel is the worst about it, he takes the longest and he still sucks. Michelle even bowls better than him! That made her super happy! So not only did we beat them, we also didn’t have the worst bowler on our team. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
I finished my Christmas cards today. I’m so excited! I ordered them online and they should be sent out sometime next week. OH! I got my first Christmas cards in the mail yesterday, from three different people. That totally made my afternoon. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE getting mail, and especially Christmas cards! LOVE IT!
Wow, I’m in a good mood today. I guess that Lexapro is doing it’s job today. I haven’t been in a good mood in a while. Hmm, it could also be that I listened to Will Young on the way into work today. His voice is like butter. I love his new CD and I can’t stop listening to it.
Ok, back to work for me. I’m supposed to go to Sam’s tonight to watch Project Runway? Dale swears it is supposed to snow today or ice over. If that happens, I don’t know if I’ll be able to go to Sam’s. I live on top of an enormous hill, once it gets slick, there’s NO going up it.
