Last night I started working out again. It’s been like three weeks since I worked out. I did ok last night, but my knee started bothering me while I was on the elliptical and I had to cut it short by about 5 minutes. I didn’t push myself as hard as I usually do because I figured I should take it easy on my first day back so I wouldn’t be hurting too much today.
After working out I went home and watched television, nothing too exciting. Two and a Half Men was pretty funny. I loved when Rose said, “I know how it is when you love someone so much that you want to crawl inside their skin and wear it around like a leotard with nipples.” That was hilarious. I was with her until the leotard with nipples part.
I saw on the news about a plan that crashed into a car driving down the road. How the hell does that happen? How do you not see a plane heading right at you? And the guy was still in the car when the plane hit it. A PLANE!!!
What’s with the new lately?
Then there was the pirates in row boats that tried to attack a cruise ship. Come on! Is the world becoming more and more stupid each day? Or to quote the pResident Idiot Bush, “Is our children learning?”
And what’s with Sharon Osborne going off on Madonna lately? I used to really like Sharon because she was so open and upfront about everything, but I’m really starting to dislike her. I think her ego has gotten the best of her. If you don’t like someone, fine, but in the entertainment world I don’t think it’s really all that professional or appropriate to go around mouthing off about other celebrities… that’s our job!
Her biggest complaint is that Madonna keeps changing her looks and such. So? What’s wrong with being different? Why do so many people think you should be one person with one look and one persona all of your life? If you change your look, or tastes, too much then you are said to not have any idea of who you are, or that you’re flaky and fake. Ridiculous.
Tonight is bowling… let’s hope that I can bowl as good as last week.
