Last night I went straight from work to M.Lo’s office to drop off Cresa’s baby shower present. She was super excited about it, which made me happy. M.Lo and I left for a bit to pick up J.Lo at her school. I had some time to kill before dinner, so I went to the Aboretum area and shopped for a bit. I was so not in the mood to shop, so of course I didn’t find anything. I did get some decorating ideas while I was in there, but I wasn’t going to waste my money on their stuff. They have ridiculous prices on some things.
Dinner was at Dan’s Hamburgers. Javi joined us, and he’s going to make me stop calling him Javi. I guess since we’re not dating anymore, I don’t have the power to force him to be Javi anymore. Ha! Who am I kidding? Yes I do! But I won’t. So he will be Tom from know on… since it is his name and all… actually he will be Tom2, because I am the ORIGINAL TOM!
We did come up with a good nickname for him, Hella Botello. And he sure did earn that nickname by saying “hella” like 45 times during dinner. We suggested he should have to pay us a dollar each time he said it, but yet none of us got any dollars. Don’t you think that’s wrong? I mean we had to endure the torture of his repeated “hella”. 
Bowling was super fun. Michelle brought dominos, and we both brought a deck of cards. We played dominos for a while, and it was fun, but I think I need to buy another set so we can have double the amount. It’s not as much fun if nobody has to draw extra dominos. Next was a few games of Go Fish, because anything else would be just too difficult for us to comprehend… and I say that because some people had a hard time even grasping Go Fish. It was fun even though Michelle and I got accused of cheating just because Eric and Tom2 don’t know how to shield their cards… all flashing them around for everyone to see. It’s not my fault if your cards are right there in my face!
Anyways, as far as the bowling went, we lost the first game by 38 points. I bowled 18 points above my average, getting 145! The second game we won by 20 points, and I bowled 8 points below my average, getting a 115. The third game we won by 167 points! I bowled 67 points above my average, getting a 190!!!! If I had got one more pin down I would have gotten a spare, and my score could have been over 200! Oh well, I’m still super happy with my score, especially since I’ve been doing so bad lately. We won two games and the match!
We actually all bowled really well, which means Tom2 could be our good luck charm. We shall see next week!
