Well, heck… I got this card like 7 or 8 years ago and I have no idea what number I put on the application or if I ever updated my info. I gave him my current home number, which I’ve had for like an eternity. The computer rejected it. So he tried it again… and again… and again. Meanwhile I’m like, CAN I JUST PAY FOR MY FREAKING SNACKS AND LEAVE?

Posted by Tomithey on October 4th, 2005And what is it with all these muscle guys that have awesome upper bodies and weak legs. Man, that just works my LAST nerve. One of the trainers is like that and it makes me not trust him as a trainer. Lately I’ve seen him working with several people on all of the leg machines and I find that bizzare. I would not take leg training from someone with weak legs. It’s like that saying, “Never trust a skinny cook.”
The party weekend
Posted by Tomithey on October 3rd, 2005Saturday I tried to sleep in, but there were twenty-something Mexicans doing Riverdance on my roof. The apartment complex is having the roof re-shingled and they decided to start work at like 7AM! It was deafening. There was banging, hammering, stomping, and I swear some jumping going on up there. Plus, there was a huge air compressor outside my window (on the 1st floor, of course) making a ton of noise.
