I don’t know why I’m updating this morning. I don’t have anything to say, but I am on break, so I might as well say something. My knee is better this morning, it still hurts, but I’m not in excrutiating pain anymore. I can walk, with a slight limp, which is better than yesterday.
I’m kind of excited about working out tonight. It is time to get back into the routine. I’m no sure how much I can do on the elliptical with this bum knee, but I am going to try.

I have taken a sabbatical from working out. Come to find that you can’t switch YMCA membership except within the city….and I moved from FtWorth to DeSoto (Dallas), so….. I bought some heavier dumbbells to tide me over.
Have fun. Don’t laugh at any of the poor suckers working out.
