Last week I was such a bum. I was so exhausted and worn out. I only went to the Gym on Monday and then spent the rest of the week at home avoiding everyone trying to rest. As the weekend approached I decided to spend the entire weekend at home sleeping and relaxing.
Friday night my sister dropped by and convinced me to go to a happy hour with her for her work people. I gave in and decided to postpone my relaxing by a few hours. Her work people are weird. I think the majority of them would annoy me. When we sat down at the table, I noticed this scary redhead (think deformed Julianne Moore) staring at me. I leaned over to Michelle and whispered “I don’t like her!” Just as I was whispering, I saw her lean over to the person next to her and whisper something.
Oddly enough, she was whispering that she liked me. The guy she was whispering to, came over and told Michelle that he had someone he wanted to introduce me to. Michelle had to go and ruin my fun and told him that I’m gay. I could have worked that all night, teasing her. Luckily, I didn’t have to stay at the happy hour long because Joe (Michelle’s man friend) showed up to relieve me.
I went home and got extra comfortable on my couch, because that was were I planned to stay for the entire weekend. Friday night I watched television; all the silly shows I like: What I Like About You, Reba, and Living with Fran.
Saturday I watched some movies, Stepford Wives, Lucas Me Queria A Mi, and Longtime Companion. The only time I left the apartment was to walk downstairs to give something to my sister, or was it to get something from her? I don’t remember.
Sunday I got up early and did a little bit of shopping. I bought a new radio for my desk because my old one was too big. The new one has a aux line-in thing for my iPod. I’m very excited about that because my ears get sore from wearing the iPod headphones all day. I also bought a new CD, Kenny Rogers - 42 Ultimate Hits. There’s a lot of cheesy songs on here, but there’s some good ones too.
My laptop was acting funny, so I had to do a restore. I spent hours and hours trying to get it back to working right. I still have a little bit to do on that tonight. Sunday afternoon I went to my sister’s house to watch last weeks episode of Desperate Housewives and the new episode.
Yeah, so that was my lame weekend, but it was incredibly nice. I needed the sleep and I finally got it. I feel so much better today and I actually have energy. I hope it lasts through the week. This week I hope to be able to hang out with some friends that I haven’t seen in a while, like Lynn and Sammy.
Ok time to work!
Feeling: Happy
Hearing: Kenny Rogers

Ok…I know it wasn’t your intent, but you made me smile.
Much needed…I have knots in my stomach today about something I have to do tonight. I need Xanax. I haven’t needed Xanax this much since my ex-wife was in labor, and stressed me out with it.
Weirdly, I have had a lot of girls send me messages on myspace recently. This one kept on and asked if I had a cam. I was like “you know I’m gay, right?” She totally ignored…and kept bugging me.
Ok…..you’re still making me smile.
