Yesterday I had two meetings and my day was crazy busy. The second meeting was fun times. I knew it was going to be good when I sat down and found a nice red (ink) pen in front of me. I LOVE red pens and mine was almost out of ink. YAY!
Also, someone had left a spec sheet for a digital projector in the conference room that had a picture (line art) on it. So I spent my time in the meeting coloring it with the markers that were left in the room. I colored it all pretty and in Christmas colors because red and green were the only markers available. I gave it to the engineer for that product line and told him he should have some units made up like my coloring as a special Christmas edition. Later he took it to marketing. I’m sure he was making fun of me, but I don’t care because he didn’t wear a belt with his slacks three days in a row, and we all know how wrong that is. Oh and believe me, I gave him hell about it.
Did anyone watch Will & Grace last night. SO FUNNY. I loved how they made fun of Star Jones and Tom Cruise.
Karen: (to Will) “Are you using psychiatry on me? Do you know anything about psychiatry? I know everything about psychiatry. It’s a psuedo science. It’s totally fake, just like post partum and Brooke Shields.”
Karen: “That’s about as tight as Star Jones’ zipper in a…. um… well… I guess anything Star Jones wears with a zipper.”
Well, they went something like that… and it was funny!
I can’t tell you how thrilled I am that is Friday. I want to go home and sleep for days. I want it to be cold all weekend and I want to be on my couch with a blanket watching movies. FUN TIMES!
I also need to decorate for Halloween. I was going to do it last night, but never managed. I took all the decorations out of the box, unwrapped them, and put them on the kitchen counter, but that’s as far as I went. I was too sucked into the TV to do anything else. Tonight it will be done!
