I came in late today. I woke up with a headache and congestion, so I slept in another two hours. Yay for extra sleep!
Went to work out yesterday and we made it a short one since we were going to be bowling. My boyfriend, Mr. Runsfunny, came to workout early, so he was leaving just as we were getting on the elliptical machines. I didn’t have anyone to watch while I was on the machine. I don’t like that. The first elliptical machine I got on was broke, so this girl offered to switch machines so Michelle and I could be next to each other.
She was totally cute and she reminds me of Javi’s pretty blond cousin (I forgot her name) that I met in Corpus. I see her there a lot and she should totally be my best friend, except I’m not really taking on new people right now so she’s going to have to wait.
We went to dinner at Pluckers and I was ferociously hungry. They had changed up our usual sandwich, so Michelle asked them to make it the way we wanted. I was very concerned about it coming out right. I told her that I would probably cry if they messed it up, because I couldn’t wait any longer to eat. I was pleasantly surprised that it actually came out correct and it was muy tasty!
Bowling was not so great. I bowled horribly. HORRIBLY I say! I bowled a 91, 141, and a 117. Halfway through the second game I figured out my problem. I was bowling too fast, meaning I was throwing the ball too hard. Once I slowed it down a bit I was able to get that 141 score. By the third game I was over thinking it and began throwing it too soft and too hard. I couldn’t find the right balance.
Eric’s manfriend showed up and sat with us. He was lots of fun and I liked him a lot. I would not be opposed to him showing up again, even though I did accuse him of being the source of my bad bowling luck. Well, it had to be someone’s fault and it surely was not mine.
Last week we had decided on our team name being 2 Guys and a Girl, but last night Eric thought it would be cuter as 2 Gays and a Girl, so we changed it. Now if we can just make it all season without having to add another person, all will be cool.
I’m eating lunch right now. I went downstairs to the cafeteria with every intention of getting a cheeseburger (I need some protein), but then I saw that they had corn dogs and I was super excited. I love their corn dogs! The meal option only comes with one corn dog and curly fries, so I planned on ordering and extra corn dog, but when chef boy automatically assumed I wanted two, I was a little insulted. What is he trying say?!?!? Does he think I’m a piggy? I will cut him.
I really don’t want to do anything tonight. I want to watch TV and relax. I have missed the past two weeks of So you think you can dance, so I need to get caught up before my favorites get booted off.

Too bad I wasn’t at your gym…you could have laughed at me. I decided I run like Frank on Father of the Bride 2…when he is doing the pregnancy workout…..
