While reading an entry in Mark’s journal, I was reminded of this.:

The other day I was leaving the gym and speeding through the parking lot, as usual. This guy (we see him every time we go) with the prosthetic leg was trying to cross the parking lot to the gym and I came barreling around the corner. He took one look my direction and started hobbling as fast as he could to the sidewalk.

My first thought was, “OMG I just made a one legged man run for his life.” It instantly reminded me of this post on Craigslist (Best of Craigslist, to be exact) that ended with “So in summary, today I pushed over a baby to catch a bus.”

In other news, Paulina Rubio and the Kumbia Kings are duking it out for the #1 spot on my Top 25 Most Played list on my iPod. They are both currently tied at 36 spins each. Who will win? Try not to let the anticipation get to you.

One time when I was at band camp…

One time when I was (much, much) younger, I was at the country club with my parents, and was rounding a corner heading back to the buffet when I nearly barrelled over a man that had no knee caps, and whose legs bent both ways. (ok…was that a run-on sentence or what) He lost one of his crutches and had to grab the wall. I had forgotten about that. Thanks for reminding me.

We are evil people.
