Ok, so I had to eat today and I couldn’t bring myself to make the effort to cook something. So I invited Xoch over for dinner and that was all I needed. I made this recipe that M.Lo gave me… with my little variations. It’s a Boudin sausage, bacon, and Jalapeno Monterrey Jack cheese wrapped in a chicken breast. It’s delicious! I also made rice and beans, but the beans were this new kind that I hadn’t bought before and I’m not sure if I liked them.

We watched Saved, which I’ve seen tons of times, but it’s still lots of fun. While Xoch was going through my DVD collection she found Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. I had no idea I owned that. I don’t even remember buying it. I wonder if I got it for Christmas?

I’m going out to Latino night tonight. I don’t know what I’m thinking! I rarely ever go out on a work night. Ivan called and asked me to go and I said yes. I’ve been napping all day so I should be fine tomorrow. Plus, I just won’t stay out too late. He has to be at work early in the morning too, so he doesn’t want to be out too late either.

What’s going to kill me is waiting these next few hours before going out. I have to keep myself entertained so I don’t want to go to sleep. Ugh
