Is it just me or does this whole radio tag at the border seem super scary. It says in this article that people can whiz by at highway speeds and the tags will show that they are authorized to enter the US. So what’s to stop terrorist from stealing these tags and then whizzing right into the US undetected?

Isn’t this like basically giving out keys to the border and trusting that they won’t get lost or abused?

Personally, I think each person entering the border should be checked and should know that they could be stopped at any time and asked to prove their authorization to enter. Doing this all electronically is just asking for trouble. If we don’t have enough manpower to check each person entering the border, then hire more.

Ugh, this country is a mess. It’s really sad hearing pResident Shrub talking about how safe are borders are when I know people that walk across them and aren’t legal to be here. Are borders are NOT safe or secured.

Something to say?
