I’ve been watching So You Think You Can Dance?. I am so addicted. I want this on DVD so I can watch the routines over and over and over again. Tonight the Paso Doble was excellent, but then disco routine was freaking unbelievable. I was in awe. I wish I could watch it a million times over.

I have no Internets!

I made dinner and then watched some television and went to bed early. Nothing too exciting! I was pretty worn out from working out so hard, but I’m glad I did. You know the best thing about working out is looking at your muscles in the mirror when you get home, cuz you sure can’t do that in public. That’s a “in the privacy of your own home” kind of thing.

It was a long one!

The margaritas at Changos are seriously strong. We were both feeling a little woozy after that stop. We went to the mall so she could buy some lipstick at MAC, then headed downtown to keep drinking. We were having such a great time together jamming out to old school rap in my truck and doing old school dances in our seats.

Mmm Chef Salad

I didn’t bring my lunch today, which sucks, because that means I also forgot to bring snacks. I love my snacks. I need them to get through the day! But I am super excited about having a chef salad for lunch. They better have them when I go down there or I will be extremely upset.

I learned that I am not coordinated enough to walk on the treadmill and drink water at the same time. I didn’t have an accident, although I really did fear that the instant the water bottle hit my lips I was going to fall backwards, slide off the treadmill, and spill my water all over myself right there in front of everyone. I don’t know why I thought I could drink and treadmill at the same time. I can barely walk on non-moving surfaces and drink and the same time. I’m just not that coordinated.

So Google has it’s own instant messaging service now (http://www.google.com/talk), does anyone plan on using it? Seriously though, that’s pretty cocky of them to think they can come in and get a share of this market that’s been going now for like 10 years. We already have AIM, Yahoo, MSN, and ICQ, do we really need another? I have my Trillian configured to connect to google talk, so if anyone cares to message me on there I’m tomithey@gmail.com.

I got some sleep!

Posted by Tomithey on August 23rd, 2005

Yesterday I was amazed that I didn’t doze off once during work. I wasn’t extremely tired, mostly my eyes were just hurting. I went home from work and napped for two hours, then made dinner and watched TV. I haven’t sat around watching television is SO long. I watch lots of movies, but I haven’t watched just network TV in a while.

Why do I do this to myself?

Ok, so last night I said I would go out and only stay out two hours. Ha! I think I kind of new that wasn’t going to happen. I didn’t get into bed until 4:10 and I was still full of adrenaline, so you know I didn’t fall right to sleep. Seeing as how I [...]

Latino Night

Posted by Tomithey on August 21st, 2005

I’m going out to Latino night tonight. I don’t know what I’m thinking! I rarely ever go out on a work night. Ivan called and asked me to go and I said yes. I’ve been napping all day so I should be fine tomorrow. Plus, I just won’t stay out too late. He has to be at work early in the morning too, so he doesn’t want to be out too late either.

This day feels like it’s going on forever

I watched two more Pedro Almodovar movies today, Entre Tinieblas and Carne Trémula. Both movies were good and very interesting. I really love Pedro’s films. They all seem to have the same basic element to them; seemingly good people that do very bad things. The majority of his characters tend to have serious flaws.
