Ok, what’s new? Not too much actually. Monday was nothing exciting, nothing to report. Tuesday I left work early for a short dentist appointment, then went to Velocity CU. I got a loan to pay off some high interest credit cards that I had opened when I was younger. Then I finally broke down and bought an iPod Photo 60gig. So now I have enough room for all of my music and my photos. Yays!
I’m still getting used to it. Some things on it are better than my other MP3 player, but some things about the other one were much better. The iPod doesn’t seem to have a feature to speed up or slow down songs. I need to mess with it more when I get home tonight.
Javi came over and we watched The Amazing Race, which totally stresses me out… even though I love it. I yell at the TV a lot, especially when the old couple was on. Man, those two were slow and stupid. Gretchen said something about how they had hoped to come on and last a few weeks without embarrassing themselves. Well, they lasted a lot longer than a few weeks, but man they sure did embarrass themselves a lot. Heck, she even fell down a cave!
It’s still sad watching every week without Lynn and Alex.
I thought it was dumb that Rob and Amber put the yield on Ron and Kelly. They should have yielded Ucheana and Joyce because that would have made them get eliminated this episode. Then they would only have to worry about Ron and Kelly, who are too busy fighting and begging for money to be too much of a worry, and the old couple isn’t a threat to them at all. Instead the old couple got eliminated and Ron, Kelly, Ucheana, and Joyce are all about even and right behind Rob and Amber.
Ron and Kelly are hilarious… unintentionally. Those two really know how to bicker, talking about “I’m still waiting for my apology.” Oh lord, they crack me up. Ron better watch his back before she sends him back to POW camp. She has no sympathy for his imprisonment.
Work has been slow this week, so I’ve been able to get a lot completed. YAYS!
