I took my nap last night and then went out to Rainbow. It was more crowded than usual out, which was surprising considering it was rainy. It was cold inside Rainbow and I was freezing. I had to get to dancing just to warm up, and after three songs I was burning up.

The oddest thing about last night was the reaction people had to me being clean shaven. Normally I have the beard and goatee thing going on, but I shaved it all off that morning. Generally, most people HATE when I shave it off. I only know of a few people that like it. I’ve had boyfriends ask me to shave it off in the past, then as soon as I did, they demanded I grow it back. I have two friends that refuse to look at me without facial hair.

Knowing all of this, I expected to get negative comments last night. Shockingly, I got nothing but positive comments. I didn’t hear one negative comment all night. And even more amazing, people that don’t normally talk to me where telling me that I looked cute without the hair. Several people didn’t even recognize me. Of course, I was also wearing a cowboy hat that I don’t normally wear, so that was part of the problem.

Anyways, I went to say hi to Dustin and he pulled away and gave me a funny look because he didn’t recognize me. That happened to me several times last night. Oh, but then oddly enough… I was line dancing and this Lesbian says, “Oh you shaved! Nice!” and I had no idea who she was. She was cute though.

I ended up meeting someone that I have been wanting to talk to for a long time. I also had a very nice time dancing with everyone else. DJ was playing some weird music at first, but like always, it got better.

Yesterday I got up late, went to pick up my sister (Michelle), and went to go bowl for that Big Brothers Big Sisters Fundraiser that none of you fools donated to, RUDE!

It was crazy hectic in there and kids were running around everywhere. Ugh! I don’t know if it was because I was so tired or that the hecticness of it all was getting to me, but I was so ready to get out of there. Thankfully two of the people bowling with us didn’t want to bowl both games, so we left after one. YAYS!

Oh, we bowled two lanes away from the 96.7KissFM team. Bobby Bones is much cuter in person that he is in the website pics… but he sure can’t bowl.

After bowling, Michelle and I went shopping at Highland mall. She needed to find some outfits for a trip. On the way into the mall we saw the scariest man. He kept looking back at us and he was dressed unbelievably strange. I’m not even going to attempt to describe it, but I will say that he looked like he was dressed for 30 degree weather and it was probably more than 70 degrees out.

After shopping I went home and a little later on Andrew came over and we watched the Oscars together and chatted. I didn’t really pay too much attention to the Oscars, but I was excited to see Prince. I was not excited to see so much Beyonce. When did she become the official Oscar songstress? BLECH!
