Yesterday I spent the entire day at home in bed because I was feeling so bad. I think it’s just allergies, although at certain times yesterday it felt like the flu. The glands in my neck, under my ears, are super swollen and painful. I still have a sore throat and a cough.
Today I came to work, but only because I couldn’t stand to sit at home and watch TV another day. Maybe if I had cable it wouldn’t be so bad, but you can only watch so much network television and the Spanish channels before you go crazy.
Work has been ok today. My throat is still super sore and my voice sounds strained and crackly. My glands are still swollen, but I’m not so congested.
I’m excited tonight about watching the premier Joey on NBC. I need to go get some groceries tonight. I want to eat junk food tonight. I’m craving macaroni and cheese and some pig in the blankets.
