Last night we went bowling again, well and also to show support for those in the playoffs. NewGirl and I met up with my sister at Chick-Fil-A for dinner first. There was this crazy old (homeless?) man at the counter mumbling obscenities and talking about getting short. All he wanted was some corn on the cob, but they don’t serve that at Chick-Fil-A. Poor crazy man…
We went to the alley and played with Steve, Troy, James, and Scott. We only played two games and NewGirl, who had been bragging about what a great bowler she was, didn’t come close to my score. SNAPS!
We got our checks from the summer league, and I’m shocked at the difference in amounts. My sister got a check for $54, I got one for $14, and Ryan got $12.60. What’s that about? That season everyone on the team got the same amount. I want $54!
I finished reading High Fidelity last night. It was a good book and I’ll watch the movie now. I liked About a Boy much better, and I’ve already seen the movie as well. I think I’m going to start reading Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil again. I haven’t read that one in a long time.
I’m sleepy today because I haven’t been sleeping well lately. Allergies are whooping up on me with a vengeance and I don’t appreciate it. I’m still playing with Macromedia Flash like every day and I’m becoming much better at it. Soon I will be the FLASH MASTER! Muah hahahahahahahahahahhh
Ok, back to work. There’s nothing to see here folks. Move along.
