This weekend has been rather uneventful, but very relaxing. Thursday night I decided to start this project of ripping all of my Spanish language CDs to my computer so that I could make mix CDs easier.
I had no idead that I had so many. I figured it would take me a few hours, but I was wrong. I had almost 60 to do. I had some that I had forgot about, and a few that I really don’t ever remember buying. I found a lot of CD’s that I am going to enjoy listening to again.
Anyways, so I worked on that for a while Thursday night, while watching TV. I had Friday off from work, so I slept in a little and worked on the CDs a little more. I went to my mom’s house around 11:30, and it takes about an hour and a half to drive there.
I should have called first because nobody was home. I figured she had just run to the store, so I hung around for two hours. I needed to go anyways because I had to drop off the steam cleaner and pick up my vehicle registration sticker. So I killed time by using their computer to surf the web and check on how things were going at work with NewGirl.
I left there and came home to work some more on ripping those CDs, which was taking FOREVER. Around 5ish I went to my sister’s to hang out. She had planned a little movie night, so we (Her, Eric, Ryan, Liz, and I) hung out watching TV and 13 Going on 30. I made Chicken Fettucini Alfredo while Michelle and Ryan made cupcakes.
Today I got up earlyish and spent the morning finishing up my CD ripping. I ended up ripping 630 songs to my hardrive. So I made two mix CD’s. The only problem now is that I had too much music on my hardrive and it’s hard to decide what I want to listen to burn to mix CD’s.
Tonight I’m going to go to RCC to dance and tomorrow I’m going back to my parent’s house for lunch (possibly). My older brother is also stopping by. I haven’t completely made up my mind yet if I want to go.
I’m bored and I’m hungry!
