Today has been busy busy all day. This morning I had to enter some claims, and reimburse some dealers for warranty work. Then I spent the rest of the day trying to straighten out the mess we call our service dealer contract file. I had to go through a ton of contracts to make sure they were up to date and that dealers had tech trained. What a mess. And all of this while trying to monitor NewGirl on the phone and help her out with calls.
Anyways… I was so busy that I had to work through lunch again today. So I got all of that stuff done and now I’m cold chillin’. I’m still monitoring NewGirl, which doesn’t always work well because I forget to pay attention when she is on calls. So I’m basically have this conversation going on in my headset (her and the customer) and I just sit here in a daze ignoring them. Then she gets all wigged out and sends me a text message, “are you listening?”. Uggh… new people expect so much. 
So after work… what will I do? Hmmm… I have no idea. I’m sure something will come up.
