Kristi quit the league because of work issues, so we replaced her with Ryan. Michelle (my sister), Ryan, and I met up at Houston’s for dinner tonight. I had never been there before.

It was nice, but way too chilly and dark inside. The food was good, but a bit expensive. My burger and drink ended up costing me $14 with tip. How insane is that? It was really good though.

Bowling was a lot of fun. Ryan wasn’t nearly as bad as he said he was. He has a very unusual bowling form, but he does pretty well. Michelle has become a much better bowler, and I think she’ll keep improving. Her style reminds me a lot of Kristi.

We bowled against Steve’s team, which was the most fun. They are definitely my favorite team on the league this season. We also bowled at the end of the alley, which is always my favorite.

I bowled very well tonight. I bowled a 114, 181, and a 144; that’s an average of 146 a game. My book average is 114, so that means I bowled 32 points over my average. Damn, I doing a lot better so far this season.

Michelle bowled 14 points over her average of 58. Her handicap is going to do us very well, and so will Ryan’s. Ryan’s average is 106 (higher than Kristi’s) and his handicap is 94. Michelle’s handicap is 136.

I’m not sure which games we won because we hadn’t figured out Ryan’s handicap at that point. I’ll have to wait until the scores get posted to know for sure.

Anyways… it’s a lot nicer to get to leave earlier this season. I was home before 9:45. Oh! Frank showed up to visit with everyone. It was nice seeing him again.
