Yesterday was such a messed up day at work. We spent most of the afternoon moving to, our now much smaller, new desks. They took us three from an area where we had seven regular sized cubicles full of stuff that belonged to us, and that we needed, and put us into space that was equal to about one and a half of those previous cubicles. As you can guess we are not too happy about that. Management around here doesn’t think.

Kristi came over around 6:30 yesterday so we could talk about some things. We both have a lot going on in our lives right now. We went to pick Chad up at 7 to head off to bowling. Rupert was supposedly at some awards ceremony for his brother. What school is having an award ceremony during spring break month? I bet more than likely he was out on a date with the current guy that he can’t possibly live without for five seconds.

Chad seemed a bit down, maybe because Rupert was MIA, so he didn’t end up bowling too well. Kristi had one really good game, but the other’s were average. I actually bowled pretty well. I got a 137 on the first game, a 103 on the second, and a 137 on the third.

We won one of our games and lost the second two. This is going to put us down another notch on the roster, and we’re not too happy about that. I’m especially unhappy because a certain other team won two of their games and now they will be back above us.

None of our favorite teams played around us last night, so it was kind of quiet and not as much fun. The cigarette smoke in there totally ruined my good health! I’m all congested and gross again today. Maybe I should by an air filter for our table?

Oh, we had gone to Schlotzsky’s for dinner, and Kristi ordered an Earthquake. It’s a large piece of chocolate cake. I highly do NOT recommend anyone eat this. It was not tasty, and it tasted like one of those flourless chocolate cakes, but not good. It actually was like eating a spoonful of cocoa powder. Not good.

You know the one thing I hate the most about my new desk area is the over abundance of lighting. We had our old area so dark and it was really nice. Over here it’s ridiculously bright, and I also sit in front of a window. I can’t escape the light! Maybe I can beg someone in facilities to unplug this light above me today.

Something to say?
