Brenna came over Friday and we hung around the apartment being bored until it was time to go out. I was having issues deciding what to wear, and I still don’t think I made the right choice, but whatever. It’s too late to care now.

“N” came over and we went out to dinner at Korea House. I felt bad because he had driven all the way over to my apartment and then the restaurant was right there next to his apartment. Dinner was yummy, but mine took forever, and the thing I don’t like about Korea House is that they don’t try to bring everyone’s dinner at the same time. Brenna had her food at least 10 minutes before I did.

One time before (with Sammy, Rose, and Ed), they all had their food and were done eating before I got mine. They all had ordered sushi, so I don’t understand why the waitress didn’t just wait to prepare their food until mine was ready?

We were supposed to go to the Long Branch to see Rose’s documentary, but dinner was running super late on account of their being a wait, and my food taking so long to arrive at the table. So we decided to skip the Long Branch. So, after dinner we went to “N”’s apartment. I was thrilled to finally see his place. I was really worried about what it might be like. It wouldn’t have mattered so much at this point because I’m already totally into him, but it was nice to see that he had a nice place. It was decorated nicely and it was clean. I am very pleased!

His friends came over to go to Charlie’s with us. Dancing was fun, and the music was good, but I wasn’t totally feeling it. Brenna was tired and felt kind of sick so I took her home early and then went back. “N”’s friends left while we were dancing, they ended up going to Boyz Cellar.

I don’t remember anything too interesting happening Friday night, so I think I’m done with that report.

Saturday I spent the day shopping with Brenna. We did the mall thing, then the drag. I found a cute brown t-shirt that I just had to have. It says “Hustler” in big white letters with “Hardcore since ‘74″ in smaller letters under it. I’ve never even seen a Hustler, but it was funny, so I wanted it.

So I had to buy shoes to match. I found some ugly brown sneakers at Urban Outfitters that worked perfectly. I’ve been wearing them ever since. I love my ugly brown sneakers. Speaking of shoes… I helped Brenna pick out some super cute pink and white hooker shoes at Agaci Too, in the mall. I can’t believe I didn’t get a picture of her in them. What is my problem?

After shopping, we went back to my place to get ready. I wore my new shirt, belt, and shoes. I was a little worried that “N” would be a little not so please with my shirt, but he never said a word. “N” was running super late and we were worried that we would have to leave and put a note on the door for him. He showed up just as I was looking for the tape to put the note on the door.

We went to dinner at Bahama Breeze, and Sammy came to meet us. We had plans to go see The Triplets of Belleville, but it took so long for us to get a table and then our food, that we were going to miss the movie. So after dinner we just went to Charlie’s.

We sat out at the patio bar and had drinks until the place got a little more busy. I still wasn’t really feeling the mood. We left (except Sammy) and went to Rainbow for a while. I had a lot of fun over there. I got to dance with Brenna, Elizabeth, and Joey. Elizabeth and I danced to this really fast waltz and spent most of the song just spinning round and round. I thought I was going to vomit, but it was so much fun.

Brian/Zandt was there, which made Brenna happy. I didn’t really talk to him at all, which is kind of odd now that I think about it. We left there around midnight and headed back to Charlie’s. “N” and I found Sammy on the dance floor with Richard and “whathisname?”. Richard was on hyper drive and knocking into us all. He stepped on “N”’s shoes and got gum all over them.

A while later I noticed my ex, (Jorge), then Sammy asked, “Isn’t that your ex over there?”. I said, “The one dancing right next to “N”, yeah.” That was a tad awkward. Later Jorge told me that he saw me and thought, “Who’s that hottie?!”, until he noticed it was me. Ha! That’s gotta sting!

Brenna really wanted to go to breakfast after the club, but none of us were hungry and I was exhausted. So we left and went home. Brenna said she was going to go get something at drive through on her way home.

Sunday I got up and got ready to do the Bowl For Kid’s Sake fund raiser for Big Brothers Big Sisters. Our team captain called me to tell me we needed to be there at 12:30, so I called Shirl and Brenna. Brenna didn’t answer and I never heard from her, so I guess she changed her mind about participating. I kept trying to reach Brenna, and we even put her on the scoreboard just in case, but she never showed up or called. So we all just took turns bowling for her.

I had so much fun! Our lane was a bit ghetto. It kept taking forever to return our balls, and sometimes it wouldn’t return them until after the next person bowled. I only took a few pictures. I was too busy chatting and playing.

After bowling I waited at the Alley while everyone else left because “N” was coming to pick me up. We met M.Lo for lunch at Chuy’s then went to my old place to clean up a bit and finish up on that apartment. Then I went over to M.Lo’s to help her hang a mirror and to show her how to burn a CD.

Then “N” and I went back to my place and watched A Soldier’s Girl, which is the true story of Pvt Barry Winchell, the gay soldier who was beat to death with a bat, while he slept, by another soldier. It was pretty good, but sad. I had to leave the room at the end when he was beat to death, I didn’t want to have to see that.

After that, we just watched some of the Oscars, then I went to bed.

Something to say?
