********Friday********

What the heck did I do Friday night? I know that I left work late, but after that… its all a blur. I think I just went home and napped and chilled out for a bit. I had tentative plans to meet “N” out at Charlie’s, but I didn’t know if we had decided to just meet up, or if he was going to call me to let me know that he was going out.

I didn’t want to go out if he wasn’t going to be out. Then (name removed to prevent her embarrassment) called me from Charlie’s and said that she was at Charlie’s with friends, and she demanded that I join her. So… I decided that I should go because I might see “N”, and if not, I could hang with (Name Removed).

Well, I get there and (Name Removed) is trashed, so trashed that she just finished throwing up in the ladies room. I did a quick walk around and saw “N”. Then (Name Removed) tells me she wants to go home, and she wants me to take her.

I was fine with it, just a little disappointed because I hadn’t intended on leaving right away. So I told “N” that I would be back, and I headed out with (Name Removed). She threw up twice on the way home, and I can’t tell you how grateful I am that she was able to hold it in long enough for me to pull over and open the door. If she had thrown up in my new baby, we SO would not have been friends anymore.

I went back to Charlie’s, but not for long. “N” and I decided to go to Rainbow Cattle Company to look for his friends. RCC was dead empty! That didn’t faze us though. We hung out there for a while. I danced with Elizabeth a few times, and even tried dancing with “N” once. That didn’t go too well because he doesn’t know how to two-step, but it was fun.

We sat in the corner and watching everyone dance. That was my favorite part of the night, just hanging out with him. They started playing some bootie rap and we got up to dance, which was a LOT of fun.

Then we headed out to Charlie’s to finish up the night. Charlie’s was so packed, like crazy busy! “N” and I danced pretty much the entire time at Charlie’s.

We ended up leaving when they started playing the bad, slow, “go home” music.

********Saturday********

I got up Saturday and had to drive (Name Removed) to get her vehicle from Sam’s Boat. Then I went home to do some laundry and iron clothes so that I could go to my sisters to take some pictures. I had made plans to go to Myshil’s to take some simple digital pictures for my website.

Her boyfriend, got out his screens, lights, light umbrellas, light meters, and such. It took about an hour to set everything up and I could help but crack up inside at the big production just to take some pictures for my website.

I have to admit they came out pretty damn good. I’m going to take some time today to see if I can get it all finished and get my site changed and up and running. It may not be completely finished until the end of the week. I have a lot of work to do.

So I was at Myshil’s from 1:30 to about 5 taking pictures. I had a lot of fun though. I had 8 wardrobe changes and we were cracking up at the dumb poses we were shooting. We even started using props! So much fun!

Saturday night I went out to dinner with Sammy, Rose, Matt, Keith, and “N”. We all met up at El Chile on Manor Road to celebrate Sammy’s new job! “N” and I had made tentative plans Friday night to have dinner Saturday, so I just invited him along with us.

Dinner was awesome! I had the best enchiladas. Matt and Sammy were cracking everyone up, and we all had a great time. Afterwards Sammy, Keith, and I headed to Charlie’s to continue the celebrating. Aaron showed up a bit later, and so did Richard (was that his name?).

Charlie’s was empty, like ghost town empty. We hung around there until about 12:30, dancing and chatting on the patio. OH! SO Friday night when I went to get (Name Removed) from Charlie’s, she introduced me to my Arch Nemesis. Of course, she didn’t know he was my nemesis; she had just met him in the restroom. Then Saturday night at Charlie’s I met him again! He came over to borrow a lighter from Sammy.

Now, you might be asking why he’s my nemesis. Well… really for no reason other than that he is tall and blond… and a little weird. Everyone should have a nemesis, it makes life more interesting.

I had a nice time chatting with Aaron, Sammy, and Richard. Sammy got to get tons of information about his new job from Aaron, because soon they will be working together. Isn’t that mega super exciting? Why yes, actually it is.

Sammy and I ditched on Charlie’s around 12:45. I took him home, and then went home to bed.

********Sunday********

Sunday I got up early again. When I say early, I mean before noon, I’m not talking about like crazy 8am like Sammy does. ;)
I went to HEB to get some fun stuff for my parents, and then drove down to their house. When I got there I went right to work making enchiladas and rice. I have to say that I was extremely proud of my enchiladas this time. They came out WAY better than I had expected. I was sad that there were no leftovers.

I had fun cooking with my mom. I like cooking with her. She rolled the tortillas while I scooped the meat in them. It was a bit of a disaster, but not so bad.

I gave my mother her Valentine’s Day present. I’m still shocked at myself for having spent $80 on a bottle of perfume for her. I’m not rich! I guess I’m just crazy. She liked it though. She said the bottle was pretty.

I “helped” her put her contacts in. Or I more like I kind of laughed and got stressed as she tried to put them in, under my supervision. It was painful to watch. I started getting the impatient feeling like I just wanted to hold her down and do it myself; it was taking her so long.

A few hours later we tried to get them out, it was bad. At one point I was all up in her eye as well. I shocked myself! I was poking at her eye with my finger trying to find her contact. Turned out that she never actually got the right one in, it was sitting on the floor all dried up the entire time. No wonder she said her vision was still a little blurry.

I left shortly after that, and as soon as I walked in the door at home, “N” called me. We made plans for him to come over. We watched Once Upon A Time In Mexico. Which was kind of funny and disturbing. I only say disturbing because I don’t like violent movies, and there was lots of senseless shooting in this movie.

After the movie we watched some Queer Eye on NBC, then went to dinner at Chuy’s, then back to my place to hang out and chat some more. He left around 11:30, and I went to bed.

*sidenote: I jammed to some Janet Jackson CD’s on the way to my parent’s and back. I forget how much I like some of her songs. Nobody does love songs like she does.

Something to say?
