Ok, so about yesterday. I worked all day (blech). Towards the second half of the day Leander e-mails me. That was totally unexpected. We start chatting and decided to hang out. I ask him when he would like to hang out and he says he’s free that night. At first I was going to put it off for a bit later, but then realized that I really had nothing going on, and why wait?
So I went home for a bit and napped, then headed on down there. I chatted with the Sammy for a while on the way down there… cuz it’s a long ass drive from my apartment to William Cannon.
So I get down there close to his place and I call him for more directions. I got confused and ended up at the wrong complex. I went to the first complex on the right, instead of the second. As soon as I got there he told me that his friend Mike was coming over.
The three of us went to pick up some Chinese food and we took it back to Leander’s place to eat while watching Batman Forever. I was 20 when that movie came out, and I haven’t seen it since then, and man… what a different perspective. That movie was dumb, and I couldn’t help but make wise-ass comments through the whole thing.
After that movie, Mike left and it was just Leander and I. So we watched Final Destination 2, which was another DUMB movie.
Tonight is the bowling thing. I hope we bowl well. We need to get in the playoffs and I think tonight’s game will decide that. We haven’t bowled in two weeks, so I know we will be rusty.
